Data Sources

Our service integrates data from PAGASA, MMDA, various government agencies, and user-generated reports to provide comprehensive emergency information.

3. User Responsibilities

Emergency Reporting

• Report emergencies accurately and truthfully
• Do not submit false or misleading emergency reports
• Use the emergency features only for legitimate emergencies
• Provide clear location information when reporting incidents

Account Conduct

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account

4. Emergency Services Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, FEHALigtas:

• Cannot guarantee immediate response to emergency reports
• Is not a substitute for official emergency services
• Depends on third-party data sources that may be delayed or inaccurate
• May experience service interruptions during extreme weather events

5. Data Accuracy and Liability

Weather and Disaster Information

Weather data, typhoon tracks, and flood predictions are provided for informational purposes only. Always refer to official PAGASA advisories for authoritative weather information.

Limitation of Liability

FEHALigtas and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Delays in emergency response coordination
• Inaccurate weather or disaster information
• Service interruptions during critical situations
• User-generated content or false reports
